At OaxisNova, our journey began with a simple goal: help people and organizations learn in ways that actually make a difference.

Francis R.
Founder & CEO
I founded this consulting practice with a belief that learning should be intentional, measurable, and directly tied to real-world impact. My background in systems engineering, data science, and instructional design has shown me that many organizations invest in learning without truly understanding its effectiveness, and that’s the gap I set out to solve.
With advanced training from Loyola University Chicago, Northwestern University, and Stanford University, I bring a multidisciplinary approach that integrates learning design, analytics, and tools to help organizations make smarter, data-informed decisions.
As Founder and CEO, I partner with clients to build scalable learning solutions that improve performance, streamline processes, and create meaningful, measurable outcomes because today, learning is not just an initiative, it’s a strategic advantage.
